遗产税20年后再进三中全会草稿解密：课题组力推

大智慧阿思达克通讯社9月26日讯，遗产税20年前就曾写进十四届三中全会文件，但时至今日征收时机仍存争议。北京师范大学中国收入分配研究院执行院长李实周三接受大智慧通讯社采访时表示，从调节收入分配的角度来说，应该征收遗产税，并且推进遗产税改革时机已经成熟。

遗产税是以财产所有人死亡时所遗留的财产为课税对象而课征的税收。据大智慧通讯社本周一，参事、中央财经大学税务学院副院长刘桓透露，征收遗产税被写入十八届三中全会文件草稿。目前草稿还在征询意见、修改过程中。http://ww***il***/share/1850601748
